This pretty flower wasn't supposed to grow there. Many people walk on this trail just for hiking however you can stop and enjoy many beautiful    things. Do not rip of flowers! When coming close to the plants be careful there is poison oak. The rash might not show soon and even that day, sometimes it only shows in 3 days. It continues for pretty long.
